I’m a BJJ obsessed cripple. I was first diagnosed in 2003 and have since developed SPMS.  I’m a 10th planet brown belt.

I began writing this blog in 2019 but have been too self-conscious to publish it. It’s no surprise, considering it took me nearly 10 years to disclose my diagnosis to anyone outside my family. My hope is that this blog can help even just one person. That would be incredibly meaningful.
